It is ironic that I used to put down fiction writing in grad school whenever a discussion came up over the value of non-fiction vs fiction. Age widens the horizon; it does not narrow it, I guess.
I'm writing a fiction novel about pre-Hispanic warriors in the Philippines... before its was called Philippines. Don't know one that currently exists. Today I passed my 36,789th word -- which I hear is quite a threshold. Til next post.
